Home is fully air-conditioned, laundry with washer and dryer, all utilities and end-of-vacation cleaning are included.

A Few Important Details: Occupants are limited to family groups only. No sororities, fraternities or non-chaperoned groups are allowed. You must be 26 years of age or older to obtain a rental agreement on this property. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be evicted immediately without a refund.

Rate includes beach parking pass(1). Guest will be charged replacement cost for lost parking and/or pool pass. Guest may purchase extra swimming pool passes from Ocean Pines Recreation Association(4 included). Golf fees are extra.

Linens and towels are Optional.
