This property provides quests with the Ocean Pines Beach Club parking pass(1) located on 49th St. in Ocean City on the Beach. The beach club has an outdoor pool, passes for all Ocean Pines pools may be purchased daily or weekly, questions 607 761 3432, restaurant and bar as well as free parking with the pass. Golfers can enjoy several award-winning golf courses including a Robert Trent Jones-designed 18-hole golf course just a couple miles away. Close proximity to great shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach. Benefit from the Marina nearby, with direct access to deep waters of the bay and ocean, for launching your boat or jet skis.

All dishware, cooking supplies, household cleaners, are included. We do not provide linens, however We do provide comforters and pillows.

Minimum stay is 5 nights $500 per night, weekly rate is $3,200.00 Linen fee $180.00

Just minutes from the Ocean Pines community are Ocean City, Maryland, historic Berlin, Ocean Pines horse racing track, twelve golf courses (championship and executive) and the renowned ponies of Assateague Island. In addition, the recently opened Ocean Downs Casino is located minutes from our home.

Home is fully air-conditioned, laundry with washer and dryer, all utilities and end-of-vacation cleaning are included.

A Few Important Details: Occupants are limited to family groups only. No sororities, fraternities or non-chaperoned groups are allowed. You must be 26 years of age or older to obtain a rental agreement on this property. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be evicted immediately without a refund.

Rate includes beach parking pass(1). Guest will be charged replacement cost for lost parking . Guest may purchase swimming pool passes from Ocean Pines Recreation Association. Golf fees are extra.

Linens and towels are Optional, comforters and pillows included.
